Slow Burn Society Subscription Policy
Subscription
When you subscribe to the Slow Burn Society, you'll receive one exclusive monthly shipment that includes:
- One subscriber-exclusive 8.5 oz candle
- One matching car freshener
- Free U.S. shipping
Each month's fragrance is created exclusively for Slow Burn Society members and is not available for individual purchase on the Slow Burn website.
Slow Burn Society subscriptions automatically renew each month until canceled.
Your payment method will be securely stored and charged automatically on the 15th of each month.
Subscription Timeline
The Slow Burn Society follows the schedule below:
10th of each month: Cancellation and account changes close for the following month's shipment
15th of each month: Subscription payments are processed
First Monday of each month: Subscription boxes ship
Because each Slow Burn Society candle is handmade in small batches, we require advance notice to order fragrance supplies, pour candles, and allow proper cure time before shipping.
Managing Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management link included in your order confirmation email or by logging into your customer account.
To cancel or make changes that affect your next shipment, you must do so by the 10th of the month prior.
For example:
- To skip or cancel your October shipment, changes must be made by September 10.
- Your payment for the October shipment will be processed on September 15.
- Your October subscription box will ship on the first Monday of October.
Changes made after the monthly cutoff will apply to the following month's shipment.
Once your payment has been processed, your order has entered production, and supplies have been allocated, that month's subscription cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.
Shipping
Slow Burn Society subscription boxes ship on the first Monday of each month.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping is included for all U.S. subscriptions.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before your monthly billing date. Address changes must be submitted by the 10th of the month prior to your next shipment. Slow Burn is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Returns & Replacements
Because Slow Burn Society candles and car fresheners are handcrafted and created exclusively for subscribers, subscription orders are non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will happily work with you to make it right.
Subscriber Exclusives
Every Slow Burn Society fragrance is created exclusively for subscribers. These scents will not be available for individual purchase on the Slow Burn website.
